Enter your tracking number on our homepage or the Track page. Your tracking number starts with CTD followed by digits and a country code (e.g., CTD784521USA).
If your shipment is on hold, please check your email for more details. This may be due to customs clearance, documentation requirements, or other regulatory processes.
Delivery times vary by service: Air Freight (1–5 days), Ocean Freight (14–30 days), Ground Shipping (2–10 days), and Priority Express (1–3 days).
The package value represents the declared value of the shipment contents, used for customs and insurance purposes.
Address changes may be possible before the package reaches its destination hub. Contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
If you purchased cargo insurance, file a claim through our support portal. All claims are processed within 5-7 business days.
